Due to the nature of the items, NO cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Please note turn around time on each item. If multiple items purchased with different turn around times, please note longer turn aroundĀ time will apply to allow for all items to be shipped at the same time. We strive to send orders as quickly as possible and turn around time are listed for you to have an idea of expected time frame to prepare handcrafted items and package all items properly before sending out.Ā 

No changes can be made after checkout.

Magical Aesthetics Co. is not responsible for any lost packages, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier. Insurance is added to packages for protection.Ā 

If an item arrives damaged please contact us no later than 3 business days from delivery of item.
